and incidents. Guards institutional, industrial or commercial property
against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry by performing the
following duties. The successful candidate must be 18 years of age or
older, pass the Securatex Screening System consisting of a assessment
test, a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, physically
capable to meet the demands of the assignment, a minimum of one-year
security work experience, either have completed or able to complete
the required State of IL 20-hour course in basic security and meets
the requirements of the Private Detective Private Alarm and Locksmith
Act of 1993 and possesses or will apply for Illinois Department of Professional
Regulations Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).

Tactical Officers/Rover

Under the direction of the Operation Manager/Regional Manager, the Tactical
Officer (TO) or Rover functions for the sole purpose of filling call-offs/no
shows. The TO/Rover performs general security work to protect persons
and property and to prevent losses due to accidents and incidents. The
TO/Rover may guard institutional, industrial or commercial property
against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
The successful candidate will be must be 18 years of age or older, pass
the Securatex Screening System consisting of an assessment test, a pre-employment
drug screen, criminal background check, physically capable to meet the
demands of the assignment, Customer Service focus, effective communication
skills, one-year of previous security experience, either have completed
or able to complete the required State of IL 20-hour course in basic
security and meets the requirements of the Private Detective Private
Alarm and Locksmith Act of 1993 and possesses or will apply for Illinois
