available throughout the industry. As part of your employment with Securatex
we offer to our employees who are eligible a complete benefit package
ranging from Major Medical, Dental, and life insurance, to a 401k plan.
The benefit programs listed below are only a representation of our full-line
of benefits that you may wish to participate in.
Medical Insurance
All employees are eligible for enrollment in our voluntary medical
insurance plan, the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Deductions are on a pre-tax basis.
Dental Insurance
All employees are eligible for enrollment in our voluntary medical
insurance plan, the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Deductions are on a pre-tax basis.
Vision Insurance
All employees are eligible for enrollment in our voluntary vision
insurance plan, the first day of employment.
Life Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible for $10,000 of life insurance
at no cost to the employee, effective the first of the month following
one year of full-time employment. (Insurance amount is reduced after age
65.)
Vacation Eligibility
All eligible regular full-time employees shall be entitled to vacation
pay based on their length of service to Securatex.
Holidays
Securatex Security Officers receive a minimum of six standard paid
holidays.
401(k) Pension Plan
All employees are eligible for enrollment in a 401(k) program, after
one year of employment and 1000 service hours. More details are available
upon request.
