The benefit programs listed below are only a representation of our full-line of benefits that you may wish to participate in.
Health Insurance Plan
All full time employees are eligible for enrollment in a company subsidized health insurance plan, the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Dental Plan
All full time employees are eligible for enrollment in a voluntary dental care program, the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
Life Insurance
All full-time employees are eligible for $10,000 of life insurance at no cost to the employee effective the first of the month following 90 days of full-time. New to the list of benefits is voluntary life insurance. Employees can elect additional life insurance at the group cost over and above the basic $10,000 provided at no cost to the employee.
Cafeteria Plan Benefit
A Cafeteria Plan Benefit is offered to all full time employees for their medical and dental deductions.
Healthcare Reimbursement Option of the Cafeteria Plan
Employees who have been employed for a period of two years become eligible to participate in the Healthcare Reimbursement option.
Vacation Eligibility
All eligible regular full-time employees shall be entitled to vacation pay based on their length of service to Securatex.
Holidays
Securatex Security Officers receive a minimum of six standard paid holidays.
401(k) Pension Plan
All employees are eligible for enrollment in a 401(k) program, the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
